Kurma are mentioned 20 times in our Holy Qu'ran and Palm Date is a Tree of Paradise. Kurma are rich in nutrients including minerals and vitamins. There are many health benefits of eating Kurma, as they are free from cholesterol and are very low in fat.1. Kurma are rich in nutrients: Kurma are very good source of dietary fiber, protein and are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B5 and vitamin A1. There are 20 different kinds of amino acids which ease the digestive process. Kurma are rich in soluble and insoluble fiber.2. These flavonoids have been shown to prevent the oxidation of LDL cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol) that leads to formation of plaque in artery walls. Your arteries are blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients from your heart to the rest of your body. A condition called atherosclerosis can result as a result of growing plaque deposits. This condition can cause the arteries to narrow and harden. Clogged arteries in different parts of the body can lead to multiple medical conditions. Flavonoids in grapes can also lower the risk of developing the blood clots that lead to heart attacks.
Olive, or zaitoon in Arabic, is a sign of friendship and peace and it is a cure for over 60 diseases. One of Quran food, The olives, the olive oil and especially the olive leaves are full of nutrients, vitamins and healing. They contain anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral properties and many vitamins and nutrients. The olive leaf itself is known for the treatment and curing of many diseases, including the much feared Diabetes. Olive leaf is good for fighting yeast infections, flu and virus, treating those with cardiovascular problems and lowering cholesterol. Even the twigs of the olive tree are used to clean the teeth with. Natural Health Remedies: The olive oil will help muscle pains. You can warm the olive oil slightly and rub it on the pain. It is also a treatment for hemorrhoids,  pleurisy, skin diseases, dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, alopecia and fungal infections including ringworm. Olive oil is great for the complexion as it makes it glow. When it is mixed with salt, the mixture can be used as a remedy for gum and teeth problems. Fig leaves are great for treating diabetes, but there are many other medicinal uses for the fig leaves like  treating bronchitis, genital warts, liver cirrhosis, high blood pressure, skin problems and ulcers. Fig leaves are not used as much as they should be. Most of the remedies for the fig leaves use the sap or the milk of the tree of Paradise. The Great news about  the use of fig leaves is that they have anti-diabetic properties. The diabetic needs less insulin when on a treatment of using the fig leaf extract. The diabetic should take the extract with breakfast, first thing in the morning. An additional  way to treat your diabetes is to boil the leaves of the fig in some freshly filtered water and drink this as a tea.
